Joey grinned as he leaped up onto the tree branch, his nicked ears flicking slightly as he made his way towards his prize. There was a birds nest on the large branch of the tree and inside it was three blue robin eggs. He purred as he made his way towards the unhatched eggs, parting his jaws in advance as he went to go and grab them, not quite bothering if the mother bird was nearby. Robins tasted good anyway.
The black and white cat finally reached the nest that he had been heading towards, leaning down to take an egg. Had he have been with more cats, the young tom would've been able to take all three, however, his mouth only had room for one. Letting out a chuckle, Joey jumped down to the floor, careful not to clench his jaws as it would crack the pretty blue item. As his white paws hit the floor, Joey began to walk forwards, however, he felt as if he was being watched.
"Show yourself!" He demanded.

Crow stared at her older sibling. It was interesting to watch him. She could make fun him after when he had climbed down. The black she-cat sat near the tree's trunk, ears pricking up to listen for any noises. Crow watched as the tuxedo tom snatched a blue egg in his jaws. She quickly dashed away to hide somewhere when her brother was starting to make his way down the tree. Crow was staring at her paws in her hiding place behind another tree. She kept her jaws closed not wanting to speak.

Joey grunted when he wasn't given a response, placing the pretty coloured egg gently on the floor beside his white paws, "If you don't reveal yourself right now I'll track you down and use you as fox bait, or maybe I'll rip your tail off, it'd probably be quite valuable." The young cat said as he crouched and slanted his blue and golden eyes.

Crow rolled her eyes and let out a tiny mew of amusement.
She padded out of her hiding place, laughing. "You don't even recognize the scent of your own sibling." The black she-cat exclaimed. "I doubt that you'd ever tear my tail off. I'm too quick for you." Crow trotted over to the pretty blue egg and gently tapped it with a paw. "What are you going to do with it?" She asked, cocking her head. "Is it valuable like the other things you found?"

Joey couldn't help but grumble when he realised that the cat who was watching him was his little sister, Crow. He probably shouldve tried to use his nose to scent the other cat, then again, he never realised that Crow had left their birthplace at all. Did she follow him? Or was he just not as observant as he thought?
"Okay, okay," Joey replied, swishing his tail, "Yes I probably never would catch up with you but why would I rip your tail off in the first place?" He asked rhetorically, looking down to the object he had just taken from the nest. "I'm going to take it back to mum or whoever meets me there and they're gonna give it to the cats back downtown to trade it off," He continued, "Then we'll meet again and I'll get my pay, it'll be worth a lot considering how rare they are back there."

Crow eyed him.
"Can I come with you, those cats might not be very friendly." She meowed looking at Joey. Even if he said no, the black she-cat would just tag along anyways. Crow didn't really care about others said. She stared up at the tree. "Is there more eggs?" The black feline questioned.

Joey let out a purr, "Sure you can come, I'm pretty sure you might know the cats we meet up with anyway. They're all cats that we were born around like the old gang members," He said, looking up at the nest where he had just been to. "Yeah, there's two more, just I can't carry more than one at a time. Go get one," He smiled.

Crow kinda smiled before sinking her claws into the tree's bark and attempting to haul herself up the branches. Her eyes fixed on a nest with two pretty colored eggs. Crow leaned forward to gently grab one. The black she-cat carefully made her way down the tree, trying to not crack the egg in her jaws.

Joey purred, watching Crow as she climbed up the tree and take one of the two remaining eggs from the nest that the he had taken from. "Come on, we can take these back to my hideout then come back for the last. We're free to do whatever then," He continued, "I'm not leaving today."

Crow set the egg down carefully to reply.
"I might go catch something, like a bird. It's feathers might be valuable to those cats or mom." She murmured before gently picking up the egg again. Crow did not want to break the pretty colored item.

"Okay, you go do that," Joey said, walking away about a tail length before continuing, "Kittypets will take feathers and give us way more valuable items. Dumbies." He chuckled, leaping back into the tree and taking the final egg.

Crow gently put down the egg again.
She stuck her nose into the air and started sniffing for bird scent. A small finch was pecking at some flower seeds. Crow got into a crouch and began to stalk the feathered creature. Just about when the finish was about to fly away, Crow leaped into the air attempting to pin and nip the bird's neck.

Joey turned his black and white head around in Crow's direction after he retrieved the blue item, he at first decided on going to hunt, himself. However, he ended up deciding to just watch Crow hunt instead, interested in whether she was a skilled hunter.

The finch went limp in her jaws.
Crow eyed the bird. Luckily she had made a clean kill. She didn't want to give bird feathers with blood on them to kittypets. Crow was starving. She wanted to eat her catch but the kittypet's probably wanted to whole bird.

"Nice catch," Joey said as he walked towards Crow with a playful smirk before making his way back towards the eggs in hopes that he'd be able to take them without making two trios, "Cone on, I can see you're hungry," He continued, "I've got food back where I'm staying."
