Ah Leaf Bare, how wonderful. The cold, the snow, the blizzards... Well, FireClan was warm enough in Green Leaf so bring it on! ...Sort of. Anyway, the old gray tom wondered who was around nowadays. Many younger warriors surely had joined the den and he hadn't met them yet.
"Hello?"

Moonfur looked up from her spot, where she was curled up in her nest. Even though her silvery pelt was kind of thick, it was still cold out. When no one else replied to the tom who had walked in, she replied, softly enough as to not disturb any of the warriors in the den, "Ah, hello!" He seemed somewhat older than some of the warriors she'd seen around, she thought. 'He's definitely been around longer than I have,' The warrior rose from where she was laying down, coming a bit closer towards the other cat.

Stormfrost flicked an ear as another warrior approached him. Of course, as he suspected, he did not know her which means introductions. He was glad she had greeted him first though, he wasn't always the best at starting a conversation. "I'm Stormfrost. I don't believe we've met, you are?"

Moonfur nodded briefly. "I don't think we have. My name is Moonfur." she said in reply, stopping a tail-length or two in front of the other warrior. The warrior's face was friendly as she looked over the other tom with a small smile on her face.

Stormfrost smiled at the other cat. "It's nice to meet you. I haven't met many of the younger warriors. At this point have you had any apprentices yet?" He asked her, wondering if he knew any of them. There was a possibility that one of them was related to him. His family spread through the clan almost surprisingly.

Moonfur nodded once more. "Yes, I've had a few." she replied. Thinking back, she recalled their names. Though she didn't see them very much, she still remembered them. "Three, I believe. Thunderfox, Pinyondapple, and Birdheart." the she-cat said, smiling a little as she thought about each of their warrior ceremonies.

Stormfrost flicked an ear slowly. Knew it... He thought back to his grandson before replying to the other warrior. "I only know of two of them to be honest... in a way. Birdheart is my grandson and I believe Pinyondapple was his mate at some point right? Or am I thinking of another cat?" The old tom felt even older as he recalled Birdheart had kits, Stormfrost's great grandchildren.

Moonfur was a little surprised that he knew some of her apprentices. When the tom talked, she thought about what he said. "I'm not sure about that.." she replied. "Unfortunately I haven't interacted with them very much since they became warriors, which is a bit surprising, if you ask me, but I guess it happens." Realizing she might be going on and on like she did sometimes, she stopped talking for a moment, also taking the time to think.

Stormfrost gave a little frown. "To be honest I haven't really heard from them myself. I've heard things from other cats. I'm not all too sure myself if it's true other than a bunch of little ones running around. I don't hear much from my relatives over all. Some of them seem very distant." He shook his head. Stormfrost didn't really know much about what to do with the family he had. They didn't seem to know him.

Moonfur nodded. "I guess it's just that family gets spread out all over the clan, so it's hard to know everyone." she said after a quick moment. After all, she probably had a large amount of siblings due to being one of Snowflare's kits. It was probably hard to to make family trees or the such because of the sheer amount of cats.

He gave an agreeing nod. "True. Very true. Anyway let's not dwell on that shall we?" Stormfrost almost made a face in disgust. It sounded so formal leaving his tongue though in a way he supposed that was all to natural for him. He was getting older and the formality seemed to grow with his age. He couldn't wait to be an elder. It would be quiet interesting to see who would put up with him.

Moonfur smiled a bit. At least someone understood what she meant when she said it. She shuffled her paws a bit awkwardly then, as she wasn't the best in conversations. "Anything you'd like to talk about?" she asked. Normally, she didn't know what to do at this time in conversations- maybe she was weird in that way, but it was just part of what made her.. well, her.

Stormfrost shook his head and gave a little laugh. "Not a clue I was hoping you had something. Well, perhaps we could go for a walk or get out and do something. I'm not an elder just yet." He said with a smile, trying to encourage himself to believe that he was still young and had the rest of his life ahead of him... with great grandchildren...

Moonfur smiled a bit. "Happens to me all the time." she said. "And sure! We could go out if you'd like," the warrior added with a bit of a laugh at his last statement. She hadn't interacted with many cats, and even though the most recent ones were a kit and an older warrior, she was fine with it. It was nice getting to know other cats in the clan, she thought.

He hadn't been on just a regular walk in a long time. Come to think of it he wasn't sure the last time he took a stroll in the prairie. He shrugged the thought aside and turned back to Moonfur. "Good, let's get going then." he began in the direction of the den's exit and looked back, "Where are my manners? Ladies first."
(On mobile and omg that 'format' I use normally looks ridiculous on mobile so that may have been the last time for that)
