"Oh, right. Sorry." Willowpaw quickly sheathed her claws, skidding on the ground as she missed Swanfrost, and feeling the white she-cat's paws hit her in the side. Narrowing her eyes, she waited a moment before lunging forwards, aiming to grab the she-cat's tail in her teeth and pull it.

Swanfrost hissed in surprise as her tail was pulled. Although, while Willowpaws jaws were clamped around her tail she couldn't exactly do much to defend herself. She turned on her quickly, attempting to slam her paws into her head and push her back, all while jerking her tail back roughly.

Willowpaw allowed herself to let go of Swanfrost's tail, a trick she had learned from her dear sister, pulled back for a moment, now ducking and weaving, avoiding the white she-cat's blows.

Swanfrost was mildly annoyed by all the dodges. She darted to the left, acting as though she would strike out there before suddenly stepping right, aiming to bowl into her side and knock her over.

It was good that she was frustrating Swanfrost, that was something Willowpaw picked up from Brightwing. Now, though, it was time to use only her own skills. She dropped to the ground when Swanfrost ran into her, but immediately wrapped her paws around the she-cat and rolled so that she would come out on top.

Swanfrost didn't let the action surprise her. She wrapped her own paws around Willowpaw, forcing them to keep rolling and abruptly stopping the flow so she could end up on top instead. While she was doing this though she aimed to clamp her jaw around Willowpaws muzzle, so she couldn't bite her. There was almost no room to move in the death roll, so she doubted it would be dodged.

Willowpaw's eyes widened and she let out a muffled sound of surprise as Swanfrost got extremely close to her, and trapped Willowpaw's mouth with her own. This wouldn't do- She had to end things, quickly, before she lost the fight. Using moons worth of dedicated training in fighting, Willowpaw began to pound at Swanfrost's underbelly with her hind-paws.

Swanfrost winced as her hind legs pounded on her stomach, grunting in mild pain. She released Willowpaw, springing off of her and holding up a paw to keep her from attacking again. "Alright, jeez, you passed." She chuckled lightly. "We can head back and get your prey if you're ready to go." She nodded her head in the direction towards her nearest piece of prey.
(Do I need to post in the ceremonies for you, or is that something you're allowed to do?)

((i just checked the rules, and i'm allowed to do it!))
Willowpaw's eyes brightened, and as she stood up, she attempted to conceal her excitement. Finally she would be able to catch up to her siblings, she would be a real warrior. "Can you help me carry the prey?" Willowpaw asked, taking the sparrow into her mouth.

"Yeah." Swanfrost smiled, heading towards the next piece of her prey. She bumped Willowpaws shoulder lightly, grinning. "Congrats, my apprentice." She snickered, heading back towards camp with a smile. She was excited for her, and Swanfrost had successfully conducted her first assessment.
