Rockclan and Fireclan and the ocean!

So you may have noticed that Rockclan's moving plot has finally been put into action. The entire clan is currently moving out of their territory to the other side of Iceclan's mountain. Their new camp with be near a lake, between Treeclan and Iceclan. This will open up new area of Iceclan, Treeclan and Rockclan to explore - namely, the ocean! On the other side of the mountain lies a beach and ocean which has never been accessed before. With Rockclan's move, all three clans will have the opportunity to learn more about it. However you may ask, where does this leave Fireclan?

Well, Fireclan is currently quite large and difficult to feed with just the prairie. Once Rockclan moves out, Oceanstar has made the decision to push back his borders and steal almost all of Rockclan's territory. This is currently in progress, meaning Firclan's territory will be almost double that of the other three clans. Now, larger territory comes with more dangers. There is more food but also more territory to patrol, and much more chance of attack.
Two claiming threads are currently in action, they are:

Now, this territory at the moment belongs to no one! If you have a loner or rogue accounts that wants some territory of their own, bring some friends and try to fight for it! Anyone that can chase off one of the Fireclan patrols will earn possession of that land. The board will move to the loner territory with your name on it. It will then be your task to protect that territory, or perhaps start building a clan of your own.
Deathclan, do you want more territory? Appeal to your leader and come steal some. These threads are open to anyone outside of the clans, but do be aware of the member capped placed on each thread.

Keep an eye out for new subboard for Rockclan and the other clans as we move closer to the ocean and begin exploring new VWW areas.

So Fireclanners can roleplay in rockclan I guess?

No, they are not able to.
The territory is not Fireclan territory yet. If Fireclan manages to claim the territory that is currently in the threads, those boards will be moved to the FIRECLAN section, and you will then be able to roleplay in them. As normal, Fireclan cats cannot post in the Rockclan board without permission, as that will be the location for Rockclan's new camp once this is over.

Does this mean, upon the clan cats' discovery of the creatures of the ocean, their names will be allowed as prefixes?

Yes, that is correct! Which will be a very exciting part of the clan development.
Keep in mind that it is likely on Icecan and Rockclan will be able to use the names, and we obviously can't use names like 'Shark-kit' and 'Whale-kit' because the cats have never been swimming and wont know what these are.

Names such as 'Shell-kit', 'Coralkit' and 'Gullkit', and other items you'd find along the shores or in shallow water are all acceptable.
