[Treasurehunt]

The golden she cat Treasurehunt led Cottonkit and Swirlkit to the den.
''Forestbreak are you here?'' She called entering the den, motioning the kits inside,''Here is her den kits.'' It was Swirlkit who needed to be looked at since he had scratches on his head and shoulder due to a massive fall in the nursery.. It just worried Treasurehunt and Forestbreak was an expert at healing wounds.

''Don't touch anything though please. Let's wait for her. ''

[Cottonpaw]

Cottonkit trailed slowly after Treasurehunt into the Medicine Cats den. "Wow.." He meowed, looking at their surroundings. The den was huge, well at least to him it was. Scents of all kinds of herbs and berries filled his nose, some smelling good and some smelling bad. "H-Hello?" He called nervously into the den.

Swirlkit stepped nervously into the den. A wave of fresh, herb smelling scents hither nose, and the air was fresher here. Her orange eyes surveyed the den, her ears flat with caution from being in an undiscovered place for her. The nursery seemed so much more familiar- and this den made her feel like a stranger. Seeking comfort, she pressed her side against Cottonkit the slightest bit, scared of what she might see.

''Different in here right? Just like a den but many smelling herbs. Many help heal wounds and get the cat better if they are sick. And some stay in the den if they do have a cold for amount of days. All in all the medicine cats are saviors.'' She purred, sitting down looking out for Forestbreak and seen the kittens expressions.

[Swirlpaw]

Swirlkit nodded, and swallowed. If she didn't tell the golden warrior, it would drive her crazy. "When I was down there- In the hole, I mean, I smelled something. It was well.... different. It smelled yucky," she stammered, her heart pounding and her nose wrinkling up in memory of the putrid stink.

She peeked back up at Treasurehunt, searching for a reaction while they waited patiently for the medicine cat. Her fur was still lightly brushing Cottonkit's and they were crowded by the entrance.

''Really now?'' Treasurehunt was surprised yet remained calm. There were tons of kits in that nursery, many could get sick from the smell and hurt from the hole. Once Forestbreak checks the two over, she will mention it to the medicine cat, she may know what it is but Treasurehunt said,''A smell? Filth? I may know what it could be.. The queens will be notified and we warriors will cover that hole up. Let Forestbreak know too..'' She spoke,''I'm glad you told me. Everything will be fine now'' She licked the she kits ear happily.

[Forestbreak]

"What happened?" mewed Forestbreak, her head turning toward the scracthed-up kit. As the kit began talking, she blinked. "What happened, kid? How did a kit like you get all cut up like that? You got into a tussle or something?" A grin appeared on her face.

"Anyway. let's get you some cobwebs and marigold. Hello, Treasurehunt." She'd met sthe she-cat once or twice before.

[Swirlpaw]

Treasurehunt's words comforted her. But she was ready to stay alert, and keep watch on that hole. She would be telling Snowflare about this. A tiny smile appeared on Swirlkit's silver face, glad that Treasurehunt was here with them. She glanced at Cottonkit to see how he had reacted.
[Grr, posted late, but I'll catch up.]

[Treasurehunt]

''Hello Clovepetal. Nice to see you.'' She purred, and let the kit speak, he should mention everything.

[Swirlpaw]

"I fell down a hole," Swirlkit said, smiling a little bigger. She twitched her whiskers in confusion as the medicine cat listed words she didn't know. She guessed they were herbs of some sort. But she still knew what cobwebs were. Heck, she even ran into one in the corner of the nursery. It was absolutely dreadful getting it all off.

Clovepetal appeared from the back of the den and allowed a groggy yawn to escape her mouth. However, when she walked into the front of the den, she was surprised to find some new clients standing near the entrance.
"Oh, hello Treasurehunt! Swirlkit and Cottonkit, nice to see you!" The Head Medicine Cat grinned at the warrior and kits.

"Oh dear," the red she-cat said,"You're looking a bit roughed up, Swirlkit! How did this happen?"
The inquisitive medicine cat stood next to Forestbreak, listening to how the kit had gotten injured.

"Well, we'll just have to fix you up then!" She proceeded to retrieve the marigold from Forestbreak and chew up a poultice.

Swirlkit's nervous feelings vanished, and she couldn't stop smiling. The two medicine cats were so nice- after all, they had both known her since her birth. It was nice to finally come face-to-face with the kind FireClan medicine cats. She nodded at Clovepetal's warm greeting, and prepared herself to be slimed in marigold. Whatever that was. Oh well. It was medicine cat stuff.

Clovepetal finished chewing the marigold and slathered the poultice over Swirlkit's body while making sure to cover every last scratched.
When she was done, she stepped back and looked at the slimy kit with an amused grin.

"So where was this hole, exactly?" The Head Medicine Cat asked curiously while taking the cobwebs from Forestbreak as well. She unraveled them while waiting for the kit to speak.

''Clovepetal how wonderful to see you.''She greeted and watched Clovepetal get herbs and stuff,''Swirlkit fell in a deep hole and that's why he is here. Badly cut up yes. She said she would be fine but better let the experts have the say.''

''In the nursery ~ Swirlkit informed me there was a disgusting smell there. I think may be a dead rodent but.. What if it's a snake hole? The hole is in the nursery when you walk deeper, and around the corner, its there. The kits can tell you where they played.'' She spoke to both of them.

[Swirlpaw]

Swirlkit took a silent deep breath then plunged into her story. "Cottonkit and I were playing chase-and-attack, and he bit my tail. Not too hard, though," she added with a grin and a glance at Cottonkit. The poultice on her pelt felt wierd.

"So I leapt into the air, but landed in a hole. It was steep, and there was a small hole- er, tunnel thing leading off of it at the bottom. It wasn't very big. About the size of your paw. Anyway, It smelled really wierd in there, but I'm not sure what animal it was in there that made that smell." She finished and peeked up at Clovepetal, hoping that they wouldn't ridicule her.
