Hazekit just rolled his eyes at how much of a show-off Otterkit was being, but then just shook his head with a small sigh. He then just sat there for a second before quickly kicking the ball up with one paw and then quickly turned around and almost fell backwards, but made up for it by kicking the moss ball right back at him with one of his back paws. After having kicking it, he stood up with a cocky grin.

Otterkit scoffed, rolling his eyes. He hit the ball in the air with his muzzle, then stood on his hind legs and smacked the ball back with his forepaws.

Hazekit quickly hit the ball back towards Otterkit as he was still standing on his hindlegs, aiming to hit right next to him, just to annoy him as he didn't attempt to do any tricks.

Otterkit, noticing the change in direction, dove at the ball and..... missed. He hissed in defeat and scrambled to his feet to kick the ball back.

Hazekit just grinned and laughed a little as he saw Otterkit fall over. Which he then hit the ball back to Otterkit cockily.

Even though his pride had been hurt, Otterkit decided to continue. He leaped toward the ball, knocking it back to Hazekit.

Hazekit then hit the mossball back to his friend with a grin, he then just looked around before asking, "What else can we play??" He asked as the moss ball game had gotten sort of redundant.

Otterkit caught the ball in his mouth, then spat it onto the ground. "Hmmm..." he thought, "We could play warriors!"

Hazekit just gave him a slight blank stare, letting an entire awkward minute pass by before popping the question, "How do you play that??" He asked, the only game he really knew how to play moss ball.

Silverpaw looked on from the edge of camp as the two kits played mossball. The kits looked really happy. Suddenly, they stopped and stared at each other. Silverpaw shrugged. She was pretty bored that day, what with her mentor having disappeared and all. Deciding to get to know some of the new kits, she padded over to the two kits in time to catch the first kit's last statement. Warriors? I remember playing that as a kit! Her eyes lit up with the old joy of playing her kithood games. Well, I suppose I can sacrifice one day of apprenticeship and return to kithood. Silverpaw tapped one of the kits with her tail and mewed,"Hi kits. I'm Silverpaw, and I don't really have any apprentice duties to do today so I could join in your game. That's if you don't mind, of course." She knew to some kits the apprentices must seem ancient with creaky joints and all, but she wasn't anywhere near joining the elder's den, no matter what kits might think.

Otterkit opened his mouth to explain, but was suddenly interrupted by a new voice. He turned his head to look at her. "I'm Otterkit! Nice to meet you!" he introduced himself. "And sure, I was just about to explain Warriors to Hazekit! You know what that is, right?"

"Of course I do! And it's nice to meet you too!" Silverpaw mewed. Otterkit and Hazekit. Silverpaw studied them critically. They both looked large enough to be apprentices, and she guessed that they would be joining her in the den in a few sunrises. Well, playing warriors was always a good way to train for apprenticeship, even if these kits didn't know it yet. Silverpaw was content to let Otterkit explain the game. She settled into the hunter's crouch and swished her tail to keep her balance, preparing for the game.

Otterkit half-purred, content to do it his way. "So, Hazekit, in warriors, we pretend to be warriors in our Clan! We get to hunt, and fight, and sometimes we can be from different clans too!"

Hazekit just gave an almost confused glance over at Silverpaw, it wasn't the fact that she was an apprentice, it was just his usual quiet attitude that gave everything he did a seemingly shy, but really not, attitude. Yet after the brief introduction from Otterkit, deciding that he didn't need to say his name since Otterkit had already said enough to be clarified about who was who. Hazekit returned his attention to his friend and gave a small nod, giving a signal of 'okay' as he didn't know any other response to the new game being explained to him for the first time.

Otterkit grinned. "Great! I'll be Otterstar, leader of.... IceClan!" he purred, puffing out his chest in a bold manner.
