"Yes," Loki started, seeing where his sister was going. "She is dead, and we can't do much about that." He sighed and looked down into the puddle at his own reflection.
It was strange to bring up this much of the past with someone. At least, for now, they had each other to lean on. Loki could help Cali through it, just as Gray had done for Loki when their mother died. |

(Loki has two biological brothers as well as two sons who both died young. I'm not sure about Thor as I am just starting to research Norse gods, but that's Loki's life. Oh yeah, I randomly research mythology when I'm bored.)
Calli shook her head, wiping the tears from her eyes. She couldn't bring back the pain to Loki. That would just be rude and selfish. Sure it would ring in her songs for a while, the pain and the sadness, but not infront of Loki. She couldn't force such pain on him again. "Its not a aunt to be crying though."

((lol, i dont even have to write out 'an unexpected meeting' anymore. autocorrect fills it in when i write 'an' but hey, mythology is pretty cool. i mostly just look up the weird creatures, then try to make some of my own. it does kinda wisk away the bordom, though))
Loki shook his head, wanting to do something for her when she started crying. Then, she seemed to scold herself for crying in front of him. "It's okay," he comforted. "We'll see her again, sometime."
Loki knew that if they were ever to see her again, they would have to die and go to Cloudclan. He didn't fancy that idea too much. |

(Just perfect. Ok, so this is in the Marvel books, I'm not sure about Norse mythology, but yes. Thor has a sister. Who also doubled as being long lost. Her name was Angela and no one knew about her.)
Calli shook her head. "Today is to happy to be crying. I thought I would never see you again, and you thought I was dead. I think we should be celebrating." she pointed out, raising a fictional eyebrow.

((ooh fancy. maybe your character has to be angela now :3 i was looking at loki, and i was comparing the story to the 1st thor movie. laufey is loki's mom, but in the movie, she is portrayed as a boy))
Loki smiled. "Yes we should be..." he said, looking out and noticing that the sun had popped out and the birds had started to sing. "But who to celebrate with?" he asked.
They used to have grand celebrations before the fire. Victory at battle celebrations, birthday celebrations, ceremony celebrations. They almost never ended, and they would last forever. ((lets pretend treeclan was different  )) |

Calista saw no point in yelling, but she got what Loki meant. Walking for a moment and sniffing the air she found a rabbit and flicked her tail to signal Loki.

Loki got her signal and padded silently over. He signaled that he would go around and chase the prey out, right into Cali's claws.
In hunting, there could be no talking. He quickly made his way around a patch of bushes in which the rabbit was hiding. He hissed loudly, and saw the bushes shake. Then, he rushed in. The bunny freaked and ran the opposite direction, right where Cali was. |

Calista caught the rabbit in her paws, quickly killing it so it wouldn't dread its own death. "Good job," she smiled.

Loki returned her smile. They hadn't lost their team hunting skills, even if they both had been hunting alone for a long while.
A thought popped into his head, but he wondered if Cali would like it. "Maybe you could show me where your den is, so that if I ever found Grayfang, I could bring him to you. It would be easier for me to find you than you trying to find me." |

Calista thought for a moment. "If I do go looking for him I'll be back at least once every three days, sound good?" she asked, even though she knew it would me much easier to track him down every other day. She had grown better at tracking cats, and she had been good at it when she left the clan. "So, um..." she turned in a circle to get her barings and pointed with her tail when she figured out the right direction. "That way," she said and began walking, making sure to pick up the rabbit.
